Arun Iron Works is a heavy fabrication shop based in Pratapnagar, Vadodara. Founded in 1957, the company has operated from the same location across four generations.

Our story
Heavy fabrication since 1957
Past clients include ISRO, the Heavy Water Board (DAE), ONGC, Sarabhai Chemicals, and Alembic. Current clients include INOXCVA and ONGC.
The company is currently led by the third generation, with the fourth generation actively involved in operations and in modernising the shop's QA/QC, documentation, and certification standards. The objective is to bring Arun Iron Works back to the heavy fabrication and pressure-grade work the company was originally built for, with execution standards that meet current EPC and OEM expectations.

25mm × 3000mm rolling capacity for cylindrical shells across a wide range of diameters and material grades.
Dish Ends & Formed Heads
In-house forming of dish ends and hemispherical heads using 200-ton hydraulic presses.
Pressure Vessel Fabrication
Custom vessels built to client drawings including high-pressure, jacketed, and lined designs for regulated industries.
Heat Exchangers
Shell & tube heat exchangers in carbon steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous materials.
